How to make the most of your SPA experience

Welcome to our new SPA here at Brynteg, offering you:

  • Hydrotherapy Pool
  • Sauna
  • Steam Room
  • Rainforest Shower
  • Tepidarium

To pre-book our SPA please contact leisure@brynteg.co.uk at least 24 hours before you wish to use the SPA. Before you are able to use the SPA you must complete a SPA Health Questionnaire, on your first visit one of our staff will endeavour to show you around and explain the ‘SPA Journey’ and the best way to get the most from the SPA and the health benefits. Some customers may just want to book the sauna and steam room however we thoroughly recommend you make the most of your visit, which will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and use all areas.

The Journey

Step 1...

Hydrotherapy pool – getting the most from the deep massage given by the

  • Water cannon on your neck, shoulders and head.
  • “Volcano” section which will give you a very thorough all over body massage.
  • Bubble beds allowing you to relax, especially after the invigorating Volcano work out.
  • Massage jets to work your back, bottom and legs.

Please make sure you only enter the pool by the steps and not from the sides.

Step 2...

Visit the Rainforest shower where you should use the hot shower to wash away the toxins released by the Hydropool, the water is rose scented.

Step 3...

Make the most of the sauna or steam room but remember no more than 15 minutes per visit. It is advisable to drink some water after your treatment which is available in the SPA.

Step 4...

Ideally a cold shower now, which is mint scented, to wash away the toxins/salts.

Step 5...

Final stop is our Tepidarium to relax on the heated mosaic beds for 15 – 20 minutes. We hope you enjoy the SPA that we have created for you.
